Positioned in a quiet unmade-up road in the Anchorage and close access to all the bars and restaurants in the harbour area. Water access is very easy too and is ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking and sailing. Parking for two cars.
There are two double bedrooms upstairs, one with en-suite, and a twin room and the fourth single bedroom is on the ground floor. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. The ground floor is mostly open plan.
There is a cloakroom with washing machine and drying facilities in the outside garden room.
